ANTHONY SMITH, MUNCIE FOOD HUB/ CONSTRUCTION
A native Hoosier, Anthony provides construction work and research for the Muncie Food Hub. He has developed a strong sense of devotion for environmental issues concerning contamination of land and food, stating, “We are all on the same globe and should share responsibility for the only place we have to live.” Anthony received an Associates from Ivy Tech and is currently taking classes at Ball State for a BS in Natural Resources Environmental Management. He is enjoying his time helping to generate a Food Hub which offers healthy farm raised produce and goods for Muncie residents and community. When not working or studying, Anthony appreciates having time to pursue growing organic produce, woodworking, metalworking, and informative reading.
