Prairie Hills Farm

Prairie Hills Farm is a locally owned and operated farming partner located in Selma, Indiana. Run by Sylvester and Sabrina Friend, this new farm is producing high-quality goods with knowledge and passion. The Friends strive to produce quality goat meat, produce, and other animal products as sustainably as possible. Prairie Hills offers a wide variety of produce, including tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and more! Some of their sustainable practices include water catchment, rotation of livestock, and recycling billboard vinyl for weed suppression! According to Sylvester and Sabrina, Prairie Hills is most proud of their ability to offer high-quality goat meat. Not only is it a unique protein offered in this area, but the goat meat they produce allows for traditional cultural experiences. Many groups of people and religions do not eat beef or pork, and providing goat meat allows them to have access to a high-quality and traditional protein.
