Elaine Vidal

Elaine Vidal is the Food Hub Coordinator for the Muncie Food Hub Partnership where she works to build relationships among organizations and individuals with the goal of strengthening our local food system. Elaine holds a Master of Arts in Natural Resources and Environmental Management from Ball State University and serves on the board of Muncie Delaware Clean and Beautiful.
